Steps for Filing Complaints

  1. Complaint received by email, registered post, drop box or mobile communication.
  2. Jurisdiction check.
  3. Introductory call with the complainant.
  4. Introductory call with the respondent.
  5. Forward the complaint copy to the respondent.
  6. Follow up with the complainant on her choice of redressal option.
  7. Examination of complainant, respondent and witnesses.
  8. Cross-examination.
  9. Calling.
